This cat appears to say “well hi” in a southern drawl accent. Too funny. The steel smelting factory in the background… the other cat that ignores everything. Then there’s this hilarious cat saying WELL HI.
I think I first saw this on the morning talk shows. I was skeptical at first because the cat would have to make the mouth shapes for the words and well, you know – THAT ISN’T POSSIBLE! Then you listen to the video and you’re like – that cat just said WELL HI. Adorable and cute like a true Southern Gentleman
