The Wildling Museum of Artwork and Nature’s fall 2022 exhibit, Wildlife on the Edge: Hilary Baker, might be on view October 8 by March 6. A public opening reception might be held on the Wildling Museum, 1511-B Mission Drive, Solvang for Sunday, October 9 from 3pm to 5pm.

Alongside a brand new sequence of animal portraits on birch wooden, Wildlife on the Edge is displaying new and present acrylic work from Baker’s Predators sequence.

“I take a look at my Predator portraits and current them straight,” Baker stated. “Her gaze is slanted, her confrontation with the viewer fearless and her presence – just like the previous – uncompromising.
